Parties are for children of all ages.  Starting at 8 years old to adult.

• Number of children: 8-18 depending on their ages
• Supervision- we will provide 2 staff members in addition to those you volunteer, we require at least 2 adults to remain as chaperones.
• Deposit- A $25 room reservation fee must be left as deposit and is non-refundable.
• Parties should be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to event. Parties can be scheduled for any day of the week depending on staff availability.
• Decorations - Our store is colorfully decorated. However, to make the store more festive, you may have balloons and other such items. We can provide them upon request - additional charge.
  
• Food: We do not provide the cake, but we can supply everything else upon request. 
• Food and snack packages include plates, utensils, cups, napkins and of course, the food too. 
• Package prices are provided as a service to guardians who wish to have one less this to worry about.  You can provide these things yourself also
• Snack and soda - $2 per child
 
• Pizza and soda - $3 per child
 
• Pizza, snack, and soda - $4 per child

All fees are subject to standard state tax, currently 7%

Beginner Magic: The Gathering

This party's emphasis is on this particular card game, an intense strategy game that is fairly easy to learn, but like most game of strategy, it can take years to truly master it. Akins to Chess with cards and monsters and magicians, this game is enjoyable to people of all ages typically 8 and over. Each attendant must bring their legal deck. Participants will play with their deck for 3 shortened rounds (40 min each) of 2 to 3 games.  Party is approx. 2 hrs long. Cost per child $10.00; birthday child is no cost. and will receive 1 booster pack of most recent release retail value $3.99

New player party option:  This option adds 30 min to the party. New player/s without a deck add $11.50 to cost of party. No cost to players with a deck. Each new instruction attendant without a deck will receive a pre-constructed starter deck of 30 cards (retail value $12.99).  Participants will receive instruction on the game during the first 30 min of the party and assistance during the first round of play.

experienced players magic: The Gathering

A private magic tournament of the birthday child's choice. The tournament can be Type I, Type II, Extended, Sealed deck, or Draft. The most popular format for parties is the Booster Draft. Cost per child is $9 for constructed event, $14 for Booster Draft (we supply 3 packs per child), and $20 for sealed deck (we supply 2 booster packs and a tournament deck per child). The total party time depends on the tournament type selected, but minimally 2 hrs and there will be time for cake and presents. Each player is a winner with a pack apeice.

Note: The party is best with an even number of participating players (adults can play too), Min # of players is 8.

YU-GI-OH

A favorite of many, both young and old, all around the world.  A casual strategy game, taken from the enjoyable TV show.  Cards directly represent cards in the show. Easy to learn and enjoyable for all .  Each attendant needs to bring their legal deck and will receive 1 booster pack of their choice.  Total retail value of $4.99.  Participants will play together for 3 shortened rounds of 40 min each. Party is approx. 2 hrs long. Cost per child- $10; birthday child is no cost.

Party option: New player instruction.  Adds 30 min to party time.  New player/s without a deck add $12.00 to cost of party. No cost to players with a deck. Each new instruction attendant without a deck will receive a pre-constructed starter deck. (retail value $14.99).   Participants will receive instruction on the game during the first 30 min of the party and assistance during the first round to learn to play.

War Hammer with Paint option  

This party centers around the tabletop fantasy battle, using customized hand painted miniatures and scale model terrain. This party is ideal for children interested in model building, painting, strategy-based gaming, or the fantasy genre. Each participant will control one complete unit of troops and one special character (A general, a Battle Standard, a Champion, or a Wizard) as they learn the rules, how to use strategy with creative tactics, and teamwork to defeat their opponents. This party is aprox. 3 hours long. Cost per child - $9; birthday child is no cost. 8-12 participants only. 


Note: Paint Option- Because all models of Warhammer come raw (unassembled and unpainted), most players take an interest in model building and hobby painting. In an effort to equip players with the skills needed to produce models to be proud of, we offer a Paint Option where we teach the children the basic and highly effective techniques of dry-brushing and ink-washing. Each child will receive 1 assembled model and primed by our staff that the children will paint and keep. The birthday child will take home the model and the 9 paints and 1 sable-hair brush used during the painting lesson. This option adds 30-60 minutes to the total party time and costs an additional $6.50 per child.

Warhammer (Swiss tournament format)

A private tournament for either 40K or fantasy. Each participant must bring 500 pts and be prepared to play in teams of 4 to 5 players. Teams should be assigned in advance of the party so participants can make the best choices about units and special characters they wish to control. Winning team will be decided by Victory Points, and each member of the winning team can select 1 vial of non-metallic paint as their prize. Party is 3 hrs long. $10 per child, and this party must be restricted to 8 or 10 participants.  

Paint Contest Option: Each participant must bring one pre-assembled, and PRIMED model and whatever paints and supplies they will need to paint their model. Each participant will have 1 hour to do their best, and store staff will judge the results. The winner will receive a $5 gift certificate for Warhammer, and will have the option of leaving their model for display in our store. Additional $3 per contest participant.


Beginner Star Wars

This party hones in on the new game of Star Wars. This party is great for any Star Wars fan, with most of the characters in the movies having their own miniature, each child will be assign a mini. This game is simple to learn. There will be ample time to play after they participants have been taught the game. Party is approx. 2 hrs long, $9 per child, the birthday child is no cost.

Note: if the children are under 10, the maximum is 8 children. If they are between 10-14, the max is 18.

Experienced players - Star Wars 

A private tournament of the birthday child's choice. The tournament can either be constructed or sealed deck. If constructed tournament is chosen, each child needs to bring both light and dark side decks with him/her. Min cost per child is $9 and length of party depends on the type of tournament selected. Minimally the party is 2 hrs, Sanctioning available with more than 8 children and 2 weeks notice.  (sealed pack costs extra)

 

Axis n allies, war at sea, dreamblade, Pirates

These games can be set up as a party or arranges in a party combo package. Game vary in simplicity but all are fun and challenging.  There will be ample time to play after they participants have been taught the game. This Party is approx. 2/3 hrs long, depending on the number of children and game rotation.  $10 per child, the birthday child is no cost.  Free game piece to each player.

Combo parties usually rotate through 3 games. Games are shortened respectively, call for details.
